Standard bars are made from stout 1 1/4in diameter thick-wall steel and with heavy-duty welded flanges.Fatty bars are super-stout 1 1/2in diameter thick-wall steel.V-bars present a more aggressive shape and use stout 1 1/4in round steel tubes.Case guard bars are formed of 1 1/4in steel and provide alternative platform upon which to stretch out and rest your feet.Constructed for strength and long-lasting good looks.Standard and V-bars available in chrome or black anodized finish, fatty bar available in chrome only.Made in the U.S.A..Freeway bars are designed for appearance only and may provide only a small amount of protection for the motorcycle. They are not intended to provide bodily protection in any circumstance. The freeway bar for the Rebel is size appropriate and includes all the mounting hardware required for easy installation. It mounts securely to the frame in front of the engine, and lower mounts bolt to the frame below the engine. It will provide a modicum of protection in the event of a low speed tip over.
